    Adopts separated workpiece bed and tool post bed, cast by high-quality low-stress cast iron with overall rib optimization, strong rigidity and anti-deformation performance. Z-axis longitudinal and X-axis cross guideways are closed hydrostatic structure, supplied by constant flow oil system independently. Low friction, no low-speed crawling, perfectly matches heavy rough cutting and high-precision finishing requirements. A chip conveyor is reserved between two beds for centralized chip removal.
  2. 6-Axis Full Closed-Loop Interpolation Control
    The machine owns two independent tool posts with separate linkage axes. Front turning tool post supports X1 and Z1 two-axis linkage; rear milling tool post realizes X2, Z2, Y, C four-axis linkage. X, Z and Y axes are driven by Siemens AC servo motors, matched with HEIDENHAIN precision linear scales for full closed-loop position feedback, greatly improving positioning accuracy and repeated positioning stability.

    Front frame turning tool post is designed for heavy load turning, grooving and end face processing, with maximum cutting force up to 100kN. Rear milling tool post is equipped with vertical Y-axis and 90 rotary C-axis table, BT50 standard milling spindle, capable of machining multi-angle windows and keyways without secondary clamping. Each tool post is equipped with independent operation button station and color LCD display for convenient separate operation.
  4. Powerful Spindle System with C-Axis Function
    Configured with two sets of 51kW Siemens 1PH7 spindle motors, matched with two mechanical gear shifts, stepless spindle speed from 0.6 to 125r/min. The spindle adopts front and rear adjustable clearance double-row short cylindrical roller bearings, equipped with constant temperature lubrication system to keep stable temperature during long-time operation. C-axis full closed-loop indexing and locking function supports synchronous turning and milling composite processing, maximum faceplate torque reaches 125kNm. The 3150mm diameter faceplate is fitted with four mechanical booster jaws to ensure firm clamping of super heavy workpieces.
  5. Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Tailstock with Real-Time Thrust Display
    The tailstock is cast with HT250 high-strength cast iron, split upper and lower structure with optimized rib layout for outstanding static and dynamic rigidity. The quill diameter is 630mm, built-in force sensor to display jacking thrust digitally in real time. Hydraulic automatic clamping and releasing, worm micro feed for accurate workpiece centering. Disc spring buffer structure protects the machine from thermal expansion deformation of workpieces, and can support 63-ton ultra-heavy workpieces between centers.
