Product Overview

The CK61160H10020 is a heavy-duty flat-bed CNC lathe engineered for high-load, high-precision turning of large shaft and disc components. Equipped with the Siemens 828D CNC system, it performs turning of outer circles, end faces, bevels, arcs, grooves and threads. Built for stability and long-term accuracy, it suits heavy-duty applications in energy, metallurgy, mining and general machinery.

Key Features

Ultra-heavy bed structure: HT300 cast iron, 1100 mm guide width, one V-shaped + one flat + 45 hardened auxiliary guide rail with medium-frequency quenching. W-shaped ribs and double aging treatment ensure minimal deformation and long-term stability.
Siemens 828D CNC system: standard configuration for reliable performance, easy programming, linear/circular interpolation, thread turning and tool compensation.
High-rigidity spindle system: 37 kW AC servo motor, 4 hydraulic gears, speed range 1315 rpm. Three-support spindle design with high-precision bearings delivers strong torque and smooth rotation.
Precision feed drive: X-axis ball screw with precision reducer; Z-axis precision rack-and-pinion drive. Rapid traverse up to 4000 mm/min, ensuring stable and heavy-load movement.
Heavy-duty tailstock: 300 mm quill, 300 mm travel, hydraulic thrust adjustment and anti-slip device. Live spindle design protects centers and reduces wear.
Reliable accessories: vertical 4station electric turret, 1000 mm heavy-duty 4jaw chuck, roller steady rest (70480 mm), automatic chip conveyor optional.
