Product Overview

CTK61100M4010 CNC heavy-duty horizontal turning and boring lathe is a newly developed composite machine integrating turning and boring functions, independently developed and manufactured by Shandong Tongyuan Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. This machine is specially designed for processing shaft parts, disc parts, pipe fittings and hydraulic components, and can complete multiple processing procedures including outer circle, end face, groove, thread, drilling and boring in one setup.
The lathe adopts a dual-guide rail structure with 45 hardened auxiliary guide rail, paired with medium-frequency quenching technology, featuring ultra-high rigidity, strong load-bearing capacity and long service life. The turning function and boring function work independently to avoid structural interference, which greatly expands the processing range of workpieces. It is an ideal heavy-duty processing equipment for medium and large machinery factories.

Core Configuration & Highlights

  1. Rigid Machine Bed: Made of HT300 high-strength cast iron via resin sand casting, equipped with W-shaped reinforcing ribs and aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. The guide rail is medium-frequency quenched, wear-resistant and easy for later maintenance. The maximum load between centers reaches 10 tons, stable for heavy cutting.
  2. Premium Brand Components: Main spindle bearing and tailstock bearing adopt FAG; X/Z axis ball screw from Hiwin; servo motors select NSK/SKF; all cables use Lapp brand. World-famous accessories ensure stable operation and low failure rate.
  3. Powerful Spindle System: 37kW AC servo spindle motor, 4 hydraulic gear shifts, speed range 1-315r/min. The maximum low-speed output torque is up to 16300 Nm, providing strong power for heavy cutting.
  4. Dual Steady Rest System: Standard equipped with manual steady rest with clamping range from 100mm to 600mm and hydraulic self-centering steady rest with clamping range from 125mm to 460mm. The hydraulic steady rest moves electrically and locks automatically, effectively supporting long shaft workpieces.
  5. High Precision Machining: Adopt semi-closed loop control, reserved installation position for linear scales. X-axis repeat positioning accuracy is within 0.01mm, Z-axis repeat positioning accuracy is within 0.05mm. The finished surface roughness reaches Ra1.6, fully meeting national standard precision requirements.
  6. Detachable Boring Device: Equipped with 150mm manual detachable boring tool post, matched with two sets of anti-vibration boring bars with effective boring depth of 1420mm. Reduction sleeves of 120mm and 100mm are optional to meet diverse deep hole processing demands.

Working Environment

Ambient temperature ranges from 5 to 45, relative humidity shall not exceed 85%. The machine applies three-phase 380V10% power supply with 50Hz2Hz frequency.

4. Main Technical Parameters

The maximum swing over bed is 1050mm, and the maximum swing over tool post is 620mm. The maximum workpiece length between centers is 4000mm, and the guide rail width is 1100mm. The maximum load capacity between centers is 10 tons. The spindle through-hole diameter is 130mm, and the main motor power is 37kW. The maximum spindle output torque at low speed is 16300 Nm, and the spindle speed ranges from 1r/min to 315r/min with 4 hydraulic gears.
The X-axis travel is 650mm and the Z-axis travel is 3850mm. Both X-axis and Z-axis rapid traverse speed reach 4000mm per minute. The overall dimension of the machine is 8250mm 3200mm 2350mm.
