Quality Control

To ensure the stability and reliability of the basic components of our machine tools, we implement a comprehensive quality control process. This begins with structural design optimization to minimize casting stress as much as possible. We use only high quality casting raw materials sourced from reputable and well known casting factories. The castings undergo natural aging to fully release internal stresses, followed by scientifically controlled heat treatment involving quenching and tempering to enhance material strength. Additionally, vibration aging is applied to accelerate stress release within the castings, ensuring durable, stable, and high performance components that meet stringent quality standards.

Production management directly impacts product quality, and with over years of experience in the mechanical field, our company has developed a robust management system. We follow a process oriented, institutionalized, and information based approach to ensure smooth and orderly production.
